David Ross is CEO of The David Ross Group, Inc. (DRG) Mr. Ross and the DRG team have been at the forefront in developing communications networks throughout the world, including emerging markets in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Americas, focusing particularly on international undersea fiber optic network development. DRG supports clients through technical and commercial concept development, feasibility analysis, business planning, system procurement, project management, and network commercialization. Mr. Ross has served the industry since 1970, holding senior positions in Bell Laboratories, AT&T, and Tyco Submarine Systems prior to forming DRG in 1999. Mr. Ross holds BSEE and MSEE degrees from the University of Michigan.
