For selected ventures, DRG developed the venture startup plan.
• Venture Operation & Management. DRG established a new joint venture corporation, owned jointly by DRG’s client and another international partner, for a new international telecom services business.
• Second Carrier Development. DRG planned and designed a second national carrier in a developing country and brought together a group of investors that is currently implementing the network construction.
